I am giving Playgrand a high rating of 1 Star. They have refused my multiple attempts to withdraw. My attempt to withdraw to Skrill twice failed and then that payment method was no longer allowed for my account with no explanation why it is not allowed and failed. My two attempts to withdraw via Visa Credit Card after more than 48 hours they said I would find out upto 48 hours which was not true in the end, as they exceeded that time bracket- the withdrawal failed and then the visa credit card payment was disallowed for future withdrawals for my account. Finally they made Bank transfer an option to withdraw for me and unfortunately I could never process the withdrawal it would say error I typed in wrong details when I typed them exactly as they had asked the bank transfer window was and is broken. Leaving me stuck feeling disheartened and appears to be an intentional stalling tactic. I look forward to an immediate response and resolution of this issue.
